Talent hunts serve as a wonderful platform for talent which otherwise would not have a chance to showcase itself. The main reason behind organizing these competitions is to nurture the intrinsic qualities of students and remove the fear of stage among students, which helps in personality development too.A Talent Hunt Competition“ Pallottis’ Got Talent” was organized by the college on 28th September at college level to encourage the students to come forward and show their talents. All the students showcased their unique talent and gave a tough competition to each other. The talent hunt was organized in two phases , the first phase was the audition roundin which the students were selected for the finale. In the second phase competition was conducted amongst the selected candidates of the 1st round. The chief guest of the event was Director of the college. Fr.ShantiPrakashPanna, Principal Dr. KuldeepDubey& Vice Principal Dr. G Padma Gouri. Students exhibited their talent in various activities. They sang Hindi songs, did classical, hip-hop, Bollywood dancing, some recited self-written poetry etc. The criteria of judgement wereuniqueness, creativity, entertainment and overall performance. The judges of the event were Ms. SunitaPawar (Librarian)&Mrs Gayatri Iyengar(H.O.D. Education Dept.). All the students and faculties enjoyed the program and were delighted by the unique performances.
